Happy 16th Birthday

On Sunday I had my 16th birthday. I got lots of wonderful presents. I got a TV so I can watch music DVDs in my room independently.

On Tuesday 5th July, Lauren jumped out of bed looking forward to seeing the happy smiles and the warm hugs of her very best friends… Kate, Elise and Natalie. Pizza and pasta is usually the go and it was no different on this occasion. With talk of school, braces, future travel plans, Justin Bieber (with and without a shirt) and other bits and pieces, a great time was had by all!

Dressage to Music 2011

Lauren is riding Missy in her first ever RDA Dressage Competition to the music of her beloved Delta Goodrem ‘Together We are One’. Awarded second prize.

An afternoon at the Ballet

Well you can’t accuse Lauren of being boring! Despite spending Monday to Friday in the City for her school City Experience, we trooped back there on the Saturday to experience the beauty of The Merry Widow being performed by the Australian Ballet.

It was with great excitement that Lauren embarked on her City Experience week with her fellow Year 9 students. This mainstream school based program is intended to give students an experience of the city.
